Delivery Times

Your parcel will usually be sent out the following day and will be delivered within 5 working days. Depending on the size and weight of the parcel, it will be sent either with one of our selected couriers or with Royal Mail.

All of our couriers deliver Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm (except for bank holidays).
Smaller products, which are usually sent by Royal Mail, will be delivered Monday – Saturday.
All of our parcels will need a signature upon receipt.
Any “bulky” items are sent using a pallet courier. All goods sent by pallet courier in 5 working days.

Delivery Prices
We charge a flat rate delivery charge of £7.99 on all orders less than the value of £50. Any orders over the total value of £50 includes delivery free of charge.

Delivery Locations
We deliver all of our products to anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

Late Delivery
If you have not received your parcel within the allocated timeframe, please call us on 0161 7025062 or send an email to customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk

Returns
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your item is found to be faulty or you have received the wrong item, please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk quoting your order number. Depending on the product, we will either ask you to send pictures of the damage, or you will be asked to return the product to us. Any product that is returned to us, must include a copy of the purchase invoice. It is your responsibility to ensure that the return postage is fully paid for, and the item reaches us safely. If you “refuse an item” from the couriers without prior authorisation from ourselves in writing, our cost from the couriers (usually £10) will be deducted from your product refund. Once we are in possession of the returned product and it is deemed to be faulty or incorrect, a replacement will be despatched or a refund will be given depending on availability. We will reimburse the cost of the return postage up to the value of our original delivery charge. Any product that is returned to us without prior notification by email to the above address and acknowledgement from ourselves that we are in receipt of your email will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be sent via the same medium the original payment was made, within 7 days of receiving your product.

Non-Faulty Items
If you change your mind about purchasing a product, as long as it is still in its original condition and all the packaging, labels, tags etc. have not been removed, please notify us by email to customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk, within 7 days of receiving it and we will happily exchange it for a different product or send you a refund (excluding the delivery charge). Your product must be returned along with a copy of the purchase invoice. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item reaches us in the same condition that it was sent to you and all postage charges have been fully paid for. If you “refuse an item” from the couriers without prior authorisation from ourselves in writing, our cost from the couriers (usually £10) will be deducted from your product refund. Once we are in receipt of your item, we will refund you within 7 days via the same medium that you originally paid for it. Any product that is returned to us without prior notification by email to the above address and acknowledgement from ourselves that we are in receipt of your email will not be eligible for a refund.
